Hatha Flow is a mixed level class that offers options for all physical and experience levels. The focus is on safe alignment, breath, strength, endurance, flexibility and improving posture and balance.
FitFlow Yoga Core and More Fridays 9:30 am-10:45 am
This class is a more challenging Flow Yoga style that uses props such as fitness loops to add some resistance to strengthen the core, legs, glutes and back.
Fee: $12.00 per class
Try the first class for 1/2 price, then you can pay weekly or monthly. If you miss a class, no problem I will send you the recording!
