Hatha Flow Tuesday 9:30 am-10:45 am
Hatha Flow is a mixed level class that offers options for all physical and experience levels. The focus is on safe alignment, breath, strength, endurance, flexibility and improving posture and balance.
Hatha Core Tuesday 6:00 pm-7:15 pm
Hatha Core is a well balanced Flow Yoga style, that focuses on strengthening all the core muscles including the deeper muscles of the pelvic floor.
FitFlow Yoga Friday 9:30 am-10:45 am
This class is a more challenging Flow Yoga style that combines some fitness exercises and uses props such as fitness loops to add some resistance to strengthen legs, glutes and back.
Fee: $12.00 per class
Try the first class for 1/2 price, then you can pay weekly or monthly. If you miss a class, no problem I will send you the recording!
