Online Yoga Class Schedule

 

Hatha Flow Tuesdays 9:30 am-10:45 am 

Hatha Flow is a mixed level class that offers options for all physical and experience levels. The focus is on safe alignment, breath, strength, endurance, flexibility and improving posture and balance.

FitFlow Fridays Group Strength Training  9:30 am-10:45 am 

This class is a group strength training session for Women. We use “real” weights 5-6lbs for small muscles group and 8- 20lbs depending on the muscle group and your individual strength to build muscle mass, (booty anyone), improve endurance and get strong!! Woman over 40 should lift weights for bone density, hormone regulation, posture and so much more!

Fee: $12.00 per class

Try the first class for 1/2 price, then you can pay weekly or monthly. If you miss a class, no problem I will send you the recording!
