FitFlow Yoga Teacher Training

 Fall 2022 Course Schedule


The FitFlow Yoga Teacher Training Course is the most well respected Yoga Fitness module in Canada. Graduates are in demand to teach in Fitness Centers, Recreation Facilities, and Resorts. In this informative, intensive, and practical course, we will cover the correct alignment of over 40 yoga postures (asanas), and the foundational yoga breathing exercises (pranayama) that bring yoga to life. You will learn class design, effective cueing, and how to use the language and philosophy of yoga so your classes will not only improve your students fitness levels, but also enhance the connection of the Mind/Body/Spirit that is the heart of yoga.

Course content:

• Introduction to Yoga
• Pranayama (breath work)
• Asanas (yoga postures)
• Teaching tools
• Class design & management
• Leadership & communication skills
• Special populations


We are offering a Hybrid, so you have a choice to attend the course online or in person.

In person spots will be held in South Vancouver (limited space available).

NEW start times to work around those that teach fitness classes in the mornings.

  • Thursdays – Online session only – Oct 13, 15, 16, (6:00-10:00 PM)  
  • Saturdays – Online or in person – Oct 15, 22, 29, (12:00PM-4:00PM)
  • Sundays –   Online or In person – Oct 16, 23, 30, (12:00PM-4:00PM)
  • Fee: $550.00 includes taxes and PDF manual 

Prerequisites for Yoga for Fitness Certification

  • Successful completion of BCRPA Fitness Theory course or Exam. 
  • Current CPR/First Aid
  • Some practical yoga experience.

* The FitFlow Yoga certification & BCRPA membership includes 2 million in liability Insurance.
